family equals happiness

[ fall dining room decor. ]

On Saturday night my family had Thanksgiving dinner, and it made me extremely grateful for the amazing people in my life. I love the buzz of conversation, the anticipation over the delicious food, and all the stories that are shared. Having Monday off was definitely needed (aren't long weekends the best?) because midterms are coming up fast. I can't believe I'm halfway done my semester already... where does the time go? Have a happy Tuesday everyone, and I hope all my fellow Canadian's had an amazing Thanksgiving.

  2. That turkey looks delicious, jeez I want some! Sometimes my dad fries a turkey and it's so tender/juicy. I'll be missing Stateside Thanksgiving this year because I'll be in Europe. No turkey for me. ;-(

  13. That is so cute! I don't remember the last time I had a sit down Thanksgiving dinner where we all gathered. Super envious of you! All the food looks amazing. I'm craving turkey now! At first I thought the westcoast pockets were catered! Looks so professional and beautifully presented.

Sounds like you had an amazing Thanksgiving! We should have once a month ;) Who wouldn't want more Monday's off?
